FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before booking your tour. Can’t find your answer? Write to us and we will help you.

How far ahead should I book Machu Picchu?

In high season (May to September) we suggest booking two to three months ahead because daily tickets sell out.

Is altitude a problem?

Machu Picchu sits lower than Cusco, so most travelers feel fine. We still recommend two days in Cusco to acclimatize.
